Meet your guide
Creator of The Neuro Spirit.
For over a decade I have dedicated my life to understanding what truly helps women heal. Not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, spiritually and within the nervous system that holds it all together.
Today I guide women in rebuilding the inner stability, self trust and calm that chronic stress, trauma and survival mode often steal. But this work did not begin in a classroom. It began with my own story.
When I was eight years old, I survived an abduction attempt. Although I was physically safe, my nervous system learned a very different lesson: the world is not safe.
Without realizing it, I spent years trying to outrun that belief. I became a fighter, literally. Mixed martial arts became my identity, because if I was strong enough, prepared enough and capable enough, maybe I would finally feel safe. Until my body said otherwise.
Years of training left me injured, living with chronic pain and grieving the identity I had built around being the fighter. For the first time, I had to ask myself a question I could not escape.
Who am I if I am no longer surviving?
During my final semester at the University of Northern Colorado, I became a Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist and began working with cancer patients. They changed me.
Watching people navigate unimaginable challenges with courage and grace opened my eyes to a gentler, more compassionate approach to healing. One that was not rooted in pushing harder. It was rooted in listening.
That experience led me into rehabilitation, where I spent years helping people recover from chronic pain, injuries and surgeries. But something kept catching my attention. Some clients did everything right physically, yet they still felt stuck. There was a missing piece, and I became determined to find it.
During the COVID shutdown, I became a Master Neuro Coach and immersed myself in neuroscience and brain based transformation. Learning how the brain creates lasting change transformed both my life and my clients' lives.
For the first time, I understood how deeply old experiences were still shaping my body. The fear from childhood. The need to protect myself. The drive to push beyond my limits. I was not broken. My nervous system had simply adapted to survive. That realization changed everything.
Until I discovered there was still another layer. Despite understanding the brain, I could still be swept away by emotional overwhelm. That is when somatic work entered my life. Learning to regulate my nervous system through my body, not just my mind, helped me release years of shame, chronic people pleasing and the invisible emotional weight I had been carrying. It felt like I was finally coming home to myself.
In 2022, after choosing to come off hormonal birth control, my body began speaking to me in new ways. As my natural rhythms returned, so did symptoms of PCOS I did not realize I had. When I was encouraged to simply go back on birth control, something inside me said, there has to be another way.
That season taught me something no certification ever could. I learned how to listen. To slow down. To understand my body instead of fighting it. To trust my intuition.
That journey deepened my belief that women deserve to understand their bodies, not fear them. And that healing is not about controlling ourselves. It is about creating the conditions where our bodies can finally feel safe enough to thrive.
Every chapter of my life revealed another piece of the puzzle. The body. The brain. The nervous system. Emotional regulation. Self trust. Intuition. Together, they became the foundation of The Neuro Spirit.
I created this space because I saw a gap in how women were being supported. Too often, we are told to think differently, push harder, fix ourselves, override our bodies. I believe there is another way. One that honors female biology. One that builds stability instead of dependence. One that helps women reconnect with themselves instead of constantly searching outside themselves for answers.
My work blends nervous system rehabilitation, somatics, neuroscience, emotional regulation and intuitive awareness to help women create lasting transformation from the inside out. Not through hustle, but through partnership with their bodies.
I will not ask you to become someone else. I will help you remember who you were before survival mode convinced you otherwise. I will gently challenge you when fear is making your decisions. I will celebrate every step forward. I will help you build the confidence to trust your own inner wisdom, not mine.
Because my goal is not for you to need me forever. My goal is for you to become deeply rooted in yourself. To know that no matter what life brings, you can meet it. With calm. With clarity. With self trust.
When I am not working, you will usually find me somewhere outside admiring nature, or on the shooting range teaching youth. I am happiest riding through the mountains on a motorcycle, sitting beside a crackling fire, relaxing in a hammock or grounding beneath a tree. Autumn is my favorite season, and pumpkins have an uncanny ability to make me smile.
I am married to my best friend and soulmate, Ryan. We have our two senior cats, Myla and Syrah, who are deeply loved members of our little family.
I am also endlessly creative. Whether it is makeup, nails, painting, decorating my home or dreaming up new ideas, I believe beauty, play and whimsy are not luxuries. They are nourishment for the nervous system. I have learned that being deeply feeling is not a weakness. It is one of my greatest strengths.
My hope for you
You are not broken. Your body has been protecting you in the best way it knew how.
And if it learned survival, it can also learn safety. I believe every woman has the capacity to reclaim her calm, trust herself deeply and build a life rooted in peace instead of performance. It would be an honor to walk beside you as you remember the strength, wisdom and wholeness that have been within you all along.
