Refund Policy

All sales are final. Digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.

All sales are final. The Neuro Spirit sells digital products, including self-paced courses, downloadable materials, and recorded video content, that are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase. All purchases are non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

You are buying a digital product that is delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
You waive any right to a refund, cancellation, or chargeback once access has been granted.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind, failure to use the materials, dissatisfaction with results, or completion of any portion of the program.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, email [email protected] within 7 days and we will work to resolve access. This does not entitle you to a refund.

Live coaching sessions

Fees for booked live sessions are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the session and fee.
