Terms of Service and Coaching Policies

The terms that govern coaching, courses, and digital programs from The Neuro Spirit.

Nature of services. The Neuro Spirit provides neuro coaching, educational content, and self-paced digital programs. Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented relationship. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and does not establish any therapist-client, physician-patient, or other licensed professional relationship.
Scope of practice. Katie Sutton does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide services that fall within the legal scope of a licensed mental health or medical professional. If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, you may be referred to an appropriate licensed professional, and the coaching relationship may be paused or ended on that basis.
Client responsibility. You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results. Coaching outcomes depend on your participation and effort. No specific result is guaranteed.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you are not relying on these services as a substitute for medical or mental health care.
Confidentiality. Personal information and session content are kept confidential and stored securely, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to you or others. Note that coaching is not a legally privileged relationship in the way therapy or legal counsel may be.
Intellectual property. All courses, materials, recordings, and content are the property of The Neuro Spirit and are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute any materials.
Technology. Live sessions are delivered inside The Neuro Spirit app. No platform is fully secure against outages or breaches, and The Neuro Spirit is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party platforms, your connection, or your device. Interrupted sessions will be rescheduled or completed at the next mutually convenient time.
Payment and acceptance. Purchases are processed through Square. By completing checkout and accepting these terms, you agree to the Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and these Terms in full.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Neuro Spirit and Katie Sutton are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services or materials.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
